“Trendy” Man starts blog trying to stand out

A southern Alberta man has started a blog attempting to be a reliable source for satirical news in Alberta. The man is reported to have also spend a lot of money on CDs recently and has an extensive DVD collection.

When asked about his decision he remarked that “ Blogging is clearly the leading edge of communication technology and I’m really excited to get involved with it.” When asked about how he plans to “stand out” as one of the over 600 million blogs active on the internet he “600 million? Oh wow that is a lot isn’t.” the man then appeared enter a brief period of some type of strange silent panic. The silent panic is presumed to have been caused by the fact the that trying to stand out on the internet is a feeling most akin to screaming at the top of your lungs in the largest room in the world that is some how incredibly overcrowded and everyone is freaking out because the room is flooding with Kool-Aid that is changing flavour every 42 seconds.

“ If you can point me to another source of Alberta based satirical news ill be glad to see it.” The man remarked quite angrily. The man seemed quite insistent that he knows other satirical news sources have greater “Reach and Breadth” however he repeatedly reassured us unprompted that his satirical news site had a perfectly respectable “Reach and Breadth” average in fact, according to a lot reading he had done and just wishes you would stop bringing it up.
